Take jaggery in bowl n add oil n mix well n keep aside now add vinegar in milk n keep aside, in mixing bowl sieve flour, baking pd n soda n cocoa pd add jaggery mix in it
Pour milk n mix with cut n flod method
In dry fruits add 1 tsp of flour so that it doesn't sink, mix softly
Spread salt in cooker n preheat it fr 5 min on full flame now transfer batter in tray n tap to remove bubbles n keep in cooker fr 50 to 60 min on slow flame n check with tooth pick
